All physical items are being shipped from the United Kingdom.
We are shipping to all countries except the following: Afghanistan, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, Nevis, North Korea, Sao Tome & Principe, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tahiti, Western Samoa. These are the countries our currier doesn't ship to.
We recommend getting tracked shipping if you're located in Central America or Middle East. These countries have a higher rate of "lost" mail.
We are not charging VAT to EU-bound orders. This means you will likely be charged VAT + handling fee by your country's customs office. Keep this in mind when preordering! If you refuse to accept your package and it is returned to us we will call upon our cancellation policy.
PACKAGING INFO
Here is the breakdown of how your items will be packed and shipped. Rest assured, the person handling fulfillment is an exprienced e-commerce owner and has mass-shipped for two zine projects before.
All paper items will be protected with a waterproof bag.
Charm and enamel pin (if unlocked) will be backed by a rigid paper card.
All items will be protected with a layer of tissue paper.
There will be paper void-fill where needed.
Artbook only orders will be mailed in a rigid cardboard envelopes. These will not be the regular document cardboard envelopes, but ones that use thicker and harder-to-bend cardboard.
Book+merch bundle will be shipped inside a cardboard box.
All outer packaging will be descreet and use general content descriptions like "book", "charms", "art-print", etc.
Value displayed on the package will be 100% of the value of your order before shipping (and tax for the USA orders).
ENVIROMENTAL POLICY
We aim to lower carbon-footprint of this project and reduce the amount of waste as much as possible.
All shipping materials will be either recycled, recyclable, or compostable. Please consider storing and reusing them.
We offer a shipping method that uses transport by land and sea (the Economic Shipping option).
Merchandise that uses plastic is made to be durable and long-lasting. When it comes its time, please consider seperating different materials and using recycling if it's available to you.
